6yzz Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 6yzz ("6yzz", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 6yzz website, mobile platform, and all associated services including cricket betting markets, live casino games, slot games, poker, and Golden Bank (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the 6yzz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 6yzz platform and close your account.

Access to and use of the 6yzz platform is strictly restricted. To register and use 6yzz Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 6yzz strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the Services.
• You must not be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 6yzz platform or have an existing account that has been suspended or closed by 6yzz.

6yzz reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where false information has been provided, 6yzz may suspend access, void any open bets or game rounds, and withhold or return any deposited funds in accordance with its verification procedures.

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 6yzz platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other information requested by 6yzz for the purpose of verifying your identity and complying with applicable know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. You must promptly notify 6yzz of any changes to your registered information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must not share your account login details with any third party. Any access to your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• You must notify 6yzz immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• 6yzz may require additional identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

6yzz reserves the right to close duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, balances held in secondary accounts may be voided and only the original account balance retained, subject to 6yzz's investigation findings.

6yzz supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are credited to your 6yzz account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6yzz does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — please verify with your wallet provider.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same mobile wallet used for the deposit, to prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with payment security standards.
• Your account must pass KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. 6yzz may request identity documents during this process.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirement balances must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money funds can be initiated.
• 6yzz reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the 6yzz platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. 6yzz is not responsible for currency conversion costs or exchange rate fluctuations if you access the platform from outside Bangladesh.

From time to time, 6yzz may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the Promotion is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the Promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus or first-deposit bonus is available per player. Subsequent deposit bonuses are subject to individual Promotion terms.
• 6yzz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any Promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a Promotion will not be retroactively affected by a withdrawal of that Promotion, provided they continue to meet the original eligibility criteria.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, the use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors will be voided without notice and the relevant account may be closed.

6yzz employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any Promotions offered on the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6yzz platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 6yzz reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, void of balances, and permanent ban — against any player found to be in violation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 6yzz platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or game outcomes, or any technical malfunction of the 6yzz platform to obtain financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account or to withdraw funds.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in connection with your use of 6yzz.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.

Where 6yzz identifies prohibited conduct, it may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void any pending bets or game rounds; withhold or confiscate account balances; and report the relevant conduct to appropriate authorities where legally required to do so.

6yzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be viewed as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. 6yzz provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

• 6yzz reserves the right to impose mandatory account limits or to close an account where it has reason to believe that a player's gambling behaviour presents a risk to that player's welfare.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, 6yzz will not knowingly allow that player to create a new account or access existing Services during the exclusion period.

All content on the 6yzz platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of 6yzz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 6yzz brand name, logo, and domain name are registered trademarks of 6yzz.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6yzz platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the 6yzz platform without prior written authorisation from 6yzz.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6yzz, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 6yzz platform or Services.

6yzz makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 6yzz will use reasonable endeavours to resolve technical issues promptly but does not guarantee continuous availability of its Services.

6yzz collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the provision of its Services. The types of data collected include registration information (name, date of birth, mobile number), transaction data, device and session data, and communications records. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Full details of how 6yzz collects, uses, retains, and protects your personal data — as well as your rights as a data subject — are set out in the 6yzz Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

6yzz may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable Promotion terms.
• 6yzz has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct in connection with your account.
• You have become ineligible to use the platform due to a change in your age, location, or legal status.
• 6yzz is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory directive, or a court order.

Upon account closure by 6yzz for cause, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to 6yzz. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon account closure for breach of Terms.

6yzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6yzz will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the player's registered mobile number. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the 6yzz platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and, if you wish, close your account by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services as they apply in the jurisdiction in which 6yzz operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
